What Supplement Should I Take?

Our food supply is making most people very sick.
Food is a source of pleasure as it should be, and yet today has been carefully modified and DESIGNED by food manufactures to get you ADDICTED.
This addiction has created a huge burden on the public to say “no” to processed foods.
However, the odds have been so favorably stacked in favor of the food manufacturers that saying “No” to processed foods becomes a NEAR impossible mission.
The unaware public
So many PRACTICES are in place PREYING on the unaware public. Food companies pay the grocery stores to place candies at the eye level of children. We live in a world that is rigged to get the consumer fat and then blame the consumer for the consequences and medical bills.
North America spends 5 trillion dollars on health care with 4.5 trillion of that amount spent on PREVENTABLE diseases like diabetes, obesity, heart disease and hypertension.
The increase in preventable diseases and obesity is proof that the food manufacturers are winning this war and the public doesn’t even know that they are in a fight!!!
So what to do?
Once your senses are engaged your body will demand the food.
The only way is complete avoidance. You break bad habits by avoiding the trigger. That’s worth repeating… you break bad habits by avoiding the trigger.
Stay out of fast food restaurants as even the SMELL can trigger this negative behavior. You must completely avoid these items from your nutrition plan.
Yes, completely AVOID them because simply cutting down on these “FAKE FOODS” won’t work, as you’re still CONTAMINATING your body with a host of damaging chemicals that has been designed to stay in your body to maintain the addiction.
It would be like an alcoholic cutting back to one drink per week.
Or a smoker cutting back to weekend smoking.
This behavior always maintains the addiction, and the best specific example is wheat.
WHEAT takes approximately 14 DAYS to be completely out of your system. So, if your goal is a smaller waistline even a little bread, croutons on your salad or one tortilla, continues
to support the addiction… you must
cut it OUT, not down.
The takeaway message is, you will NEVER be able to control trigger foods. The food companies with their in-house scientists have made sure of this. You can only succeed by completely avoiding the trigger. So don’t shoot yourself in the foot.
