The Wrong Foods
With our personal habits, we often eat the same 10 to 15 foods each week. And for most people it is the wrong 15 foods.
Food either EMPOWERS and strengthens your body or DIS-EMPOWERS and weakens it.
Once you understand the difference, it becomes quite easy to focus on the foods that empower you.
Food chemists have intentionally made it difficult to stop eating foods containing wheat, and as I mentioned, they have been INCREDIBLY successful.
A recent study from Connecticut College, has proven that Oreo cookies, with their special CHEMICAL COCKTAIL, are more addictive than cocaine and heroin.
Meaning that it is easier to stop a cocaine or heroin addiction in laboratory animals than having them stop wanting Oreo cookies. The cookie is a harder addiction to break!

Tell someone who wants to lose belly fat to STOP eating bread, pasta, pizza, cake and cookies. Explain that this is not helping their weight loss success. You will see a mild look of HORROR come across their face, with the typical response “Is there SOMETHING ELSE I can do to lose my belly fat?”
Or another common response is “I’ll just do more cardio”.
And why is this reaction so common?
Because an ADDICTION to wheat has been outrageously and successfully created by the food manufacturers.
In summary, more than 80,000 chemicals, and known CARCINOGENS have been APPROVED by government. Can it be responsible for the increase in today’s preventable illness? Government OFFICIALS have been PAID TO LOOK the other way, at the expense of public health.

Comparing the ingredients on the back of a bottle of Heinz tomato ketchup with the same product manufactured in a different country will show you that the USA add high fructose corn syrup whilst other countries continue with the ban on this harmful additive.
A Quaker oats packet similarly, for the same product, in the US have the addition of maltodextrin, palm oil, sodium caseinate, citric acid, niacinamide, palmitate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamin mononitrate and folic acid, in other words the US manufacturers are allowed to add all sorts of unnecessary ingredients to increase shelf life, increase profits and increase the harm to your body.
